If you change your mind on a purchase, you must notify Zepah in writing within 24 hours of receiving the goods, providing the goods are unused and in their original packaging, they can be returned and exchanged for goods of your choice (to the same value). In this case, the cost of return freight will be at the customer’s expense, and a flat fee of $9.90 will be charged for delivery of the replacement goods.
If a product suffers a manufacturing fault within 6 days of purchase, you must notify Zepah of the fault in detail, and Zepah will at their discretion either replace or refund the cost of the goods. In the case of a refund, Zepah may require for the faulty goods to be returned. In this case, the cost of return freight will be at Zepah’s expense.
For all orders valued under $90 incur a flat fee of $8.00 for Postage and Handling (Australia wide).
Orders over $90 value are delivered at a flat rate 0f $15.00 (Australia wide).
Orders over $200 value are delivered at a rate of $15 + $4.50 for each additional $100 (Australia wide).
International purchases are accepted however delivery charges will be quoted on a case by case basis.
